Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on GPT Image 1.5 at gptimage1-5.pro. Because we provide digital services (AI generation, editing, and related credits/plans), refunds are limited.
1) What you can purchase
Depending on what’s available at checkout, you may purchase:
- Plans (e.g., monthly or annual plans) that grant access to certain features and/or recurring monthly credits.
- Credits (or credit bundles) used to generate images, higher-resolution outputs, or videos.
2) General principles
- Digital services are often non-refundable once consumed (for example, once credits are used to generate images or videos).
- We will consider refund requests case-by-case where allowed by law and where we can reasonably verify the circumstances.
3) Refund eligibility (credits and plans)
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:
- Request window: you contact us within 7 days of the purchase.
- Limited consumption: you have used less than 50% of the credits purchased/issued for that purchase period.
- Good-faith reason: you provide a clear reason (e.g., repeated technical failures preventing use).
If you are on a subscription plan, cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a current billing period unless required by law or approved by us under this policy.
4) Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Purchases where 50% or more of associated credits have already been used
- Account bans/suspensions due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Change-of-mind requests after substantial use
- Issues outside our reasonable control (for example, unsupported devices/browsers) when the Service is otherwise functioning
5) Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause your account while we investigate. Where possible, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
6) How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- Your order number (or payment receipt)
- The purchase date
- A brief description of the issue
We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
7) Refund method and timing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on the payment provider (for example, Stripe/Creem) and your bank, often 5–10 business days.
If a refund is approved, we may remove or adjust remaining credits associated with that purchase.
8) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the effective date.
